Security large events
Every large event has a great potential for disorder, security threats and the entry of unauthorized parties, when in events in which more than 1,000 people are expected to participate, there is a police procedure for mass events, which requires full cooperation between a security company and the police security forces and their superiors.
Personal security (VIP)
We offer to the VIP, service , which means we provide all the necessary services for the visit including vehicles, drivers, security details and any other relevant need regarding the physical security or transportation on ground during the tour.Each tour starts with a risk assessment which analyses the threats in each region, identifying the “no-go” areas, explaining the relevant threats and suggesting the level of security on each site.

Our agency provides a wide range of logistics services for the corporate sector, organizations, public or private companies along the years need logistics services in order to prepare a visit of a designated principal or a delegation/VIP. S&P has developed a “One Stop Shop” service which combine all the needs of the clients in one place, we provide the overall logistics for the visit.
Covert security
S&P has a long-standing reputation and extensive experience in creating a complete security envelope for individuals and groups with tested and proven security procedures. We have to assign an amount of security guards as needed, armored survival vehicles and planning travel and escape routes away from the eyes of the public and the media. For each group, a security profile will be built relevant to the number of people, the nature of the visit - private / secret business or public in front of an audience, the places and the planned schedule. The concept of our work is based on a state security method, that is, our customers and guests are protected and secured accordingly.
Courses and training
We have the ability to provide comprehensive services in providing the security courses, the project manager assign to the course write the specific needs, requirements, course details and schedule, presentations and the safety guidelines in order to commence a successful course.The courses contain theory and methodology, tactics, krav-maga, shooting and other topics in the VIP protection missions. The courses we provide are applicable, from a lone security agent to a full operational detail for a presidential protection

CEO & Co-Founder
Tal Peled
Tal was formerly in the IDF counter terrorism unit, graduate of the state’s special security course and is an active reserve officer with the rank of Major in the IDF high-profile persons and delegations unit.
Has vast experience in performing many different roles within the security field in the Prime Minister’s office and in the ministry of defense which include: securing high-profile persons and delegations, commanding over special and complex missions, making up security plans and implementing them in corporations in different fields.
Graduate of the Security and Event Management course, guided by the Israel Police and possesses a firearms training license.
Tal has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Bar Ilan University.
Tal commanded over and secured hundreds of delegations and high-profile persons all over the world and has a career long experience in leading security missions, event management, putting together dedicated security teams, training security personnel in both the government and the private sector.

All S&P team members are graduates of various units within the state’s security system and some are currently employed by the Israeli defense system as well. Consequently, our staff is always at the highest level of competence for their role in the diverse tasks and missions.
Our team members have many years of experience in the field, in assorted complex assignments and operations throughout the different branches of the security industry in Israel and throughout the world.

Ido served in an elite unit in the IDF, graduate of the state’s special security course. Commanded and supervised the state’s high-profile persons and delegations unit.
Has vast experience in the security field in the Prime Minister’s office.
Has extensive experience in planning and implementing complex security operations worldwide.

Ido has a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management and a master’s degree in Business Administration.
